Independent Tab Zoom by Chimney Top
Each tab keeps its own zoom level.
Chrome normally zooms every tab of a website together: zoom in on one document and every other tab from that site grows too. Independent Tab Zoom makes zoom belong to the tab. Use Ctrl + and Ctrl −, Ctrl + mouse wheel or the toolbar popup as usual, and only the tab you are looking at changes. The tab keeps its zoom level as you move between pages. It needs no access to your browsing data.
Built from scratch as a replacement for Per Tab Zoom. It was built from scratch for Manifest V3 and uses Chrome's built-in per-tab zoom, so it needs no helper program.

Permissions it asks for
storage— Stores the zoom level you gave each open tab, your settings and your site rules locally in the browser. Nothing is sent to a server.
Privacy
Zoom levels, settings and site rules are stored only in chrome.storage.local on your device. If you allow the optional tabs permission for site rules, tab addresses are read on your device to find the matching rule and are never stored or sent anywhere. If you activate Pro, your license key is sent to the Chimney Top license-check service to confirm it.
